The Ever Best Routine


From the past early age of humans, every individual wanted to get succeeded in their life. In that, only some of us are getting success.

Ok let's raise one question to ourselves

"Actually what's the reason and why we are not among that 1 % who are getting success?"

Ok all right let's get into the topic :

Digging deep into the question, first of all, let's find what is the actual meaning of success?
The work we do to satisfy the inner fire that is burning to achieve something that not only helpful for us but also useful for others among us is called success
From this, we got that success lies in our daily activities

So, following the best routine consistently according to our requirement will make us one step towards to our achievement

Here in this article I will give you the strategically planned routine, helpful to use in your daily life, and can customize accordingly.


1. Wake up:-


Your day depends upon at what time you wake up and how effectively manage your time. So according to the book "THE 5 AM CLUB" by Robin Sharma wake up at 5 am and he gave us how to manage your time after waking up. In that he gave us 20/20/20 rule it says that after waking up
The first 20 min for the move: like exercise, yoga, or go for a walk
The second 20 min for reflecting: like doing meditation etc
The third 20 min for growing: like reading books etc.

2.Cold showers:-


I think you might have wondered by listening to this. I am exactly right, taking cold showers will help you in getting free from morning brain fog. It also helps you in relieving stress and helps you to gain energy throughout the day. And also there are a lot of benefits such as increases your immunity and helps your heart to function well.

3. Go through today's plans:-

Now your day starts and you are ready to go, here I will tell you the best way to avoid sidetrack of your work i.e from the book "THE 12 WEEK YEAR" here the author tells us that "Get more done in 12 weeks than others do in 12 months" from this, we have to plan our works to complete within 12 weeks rather to postponed it to 12 months. So here you have to make a 12-week plan and you have to subdivide it to in weekly plan and again subdivide it into day plan. So that you will have a clear mind about how to perform for 12 weeks.


4.Short breaks:-

Working throughout the day is not effective. Your brain gets tired off and you feel out of motivation. So study/work for 1hour and take a short break of 5-10 minutes is an effective way of managing your work. In that short break, just go for a walk or have some healthy snacks or you can meditate. So that your brain again gains energy and good to go. Repeat these 1hr and 5-10 min cycles until your work finishes.


5. Socializing:-

Along with the work, spending time with your family, friends, etc is also the most important thing. So make a habit of spending time with your family/friends without any distractions. Spending time with your loved ones like family, friends, etc in the evening times is the most effective way to increase your relationships and also for mental relaxation because everyone was busy in their own work in the morning sessions.


6.Sleep:-


Getting good sleep is also the most important thing. Nowadays everyone was addicted to their mobiles, laptops, etc which were destroying their quality sleep. So, sleep deprivation makes every individual improper functioning in their work and also a lot of mental depressions and health problems so getting the right amount of sleep generally 6-8 hours is enough for every individual. And also make sure to be away from your electronic gadgets before 2-3 hours of your sleep time.

And use that time to plan your day ahead, schedule, and prioritize them so that your brain will be ready and confident for tomorrow's execution.
